My Review: The eCandy E898 bluetooth speaker with NFC technology allows one touch connection from NFC enabled devices. Simply tap¬† your phone to the NFC area and your phone is automatically connected. Super easy and super fun to use. It has great sound, and serious bass for a portable speaker. It also uses Bluetooth 4.0 technology that enables a broad range of devices to connect to it for up to 33ft away from the speaker. With this speaker I’m able to listen to music around the house without any problems.
The battery life is around 12 hours playing non-stop and charges by a standard micro USB cable (included). You can also connect mp3 players that do not use bluetooth by using the 3.5mm aux port on the speaker, and the cable that is also included.
And unlike some of the bluetooth speakers I’ve reviewed, this one also has a built in microphone. I used it for a test call and asked the person if they could hear themselves. They, surprisingly, said they could not, even though it was set to maximum volume.
Very well built, feels strong and made with quality materials.
