My Review: This LED back lit night light clock is pretty cool. I’m using it as an alternative timer, due to it’s ability to turn off the light after 15, 30, or 60 minute timer. The light can be turned on by the top button, then the timer can be controlled. Without the light on, the timer button doesn’t do anything.
This works well with the fact that it’s a silent tick-free clock. It keeps distractions to a minimum while allowing the timer to be used for tests, feedings (breast feeding), and many more things it could be used with without worrying about something else being distracted.
There is one thing I don’t like about it, and it’s the fact that the clock is kind of hard to set. It’s easy enough to locate where to turn the dial to set the clock, but I have large fingers with no fingernails and it was hard for me to turn the dial. Maybe the next model could come with a larger dial. Just my two cents.
It charges by microUSB on the side of the clock and the clock (without the light on) lasted more than 7 days (I’m writing the review on the 7th day and it’s still ‘ticking’).
Note: This is not meant to be used as an alarm clock. This clock is completely silent. No speakers, no ticking, no clicking of buttons.
