My Review: This MP3/MP4 player with included 16GB Micro SD card is small but looks great. The video plays well on it, and the sound through the included earbuds were good too. The device also allowed reading eBooks or text files (in .txt format only) by using the up and down arrows on the keypad. It’s setup in English by default (at least mine was) but if you factory reset the device, it will change to Chinese (luckily I remembered where the language option was).
It has a built in microphone so you can record on it, and it also allows you to view photos stored on the microSD card. The battery life on it is pretty good, it lasted about 7 hours of semi-continuous playing and with video it lasted about 3 hours. I did not test standby.
It charges with a miniUSB (not to be confused with modern android device’s microUSB) and the USB cable is included. The on/off switch is located at the top of the device and the ports and microphone are located on the bottom of the device.
It’d be a great gift for little ones who aren’t old enough for a phone or a more expensive iPod/iPad.
